I assume you mean Elysian Diva? If so, bass would be the very first thing that comes across differently due to the 2xDDs in Voltage and Diva having all BAs. Not saying Diva bass is bad, it's not, it's actually darn good for BA bass, but it's still BA bass, which for me doesn't usually do the...

    Elysian Pilgrim

I would agree that Eros S turns out to be a great cable for Pilgrim (making it a good stock cable for Noir)! Very happy with this cable, makes both Pilgrims sound great!

After all of my gushing over the Voltage, I have now managed to get hold of the real "flagship", Impact, for demo!!! I've only listened for a few hours so far, but they've been so lovely during that time, I wanted to write some first impressions on this true flagship, which certainly deserves...

Those two sets and you're done, check out, go listen to the music. I agree completely with this analysis and also owning both. What becomes very clear is they make excellent complements to each other, room for both. My Quattro is staying put.

The Voltage is the special sauce at that price!

Cross-posting from the Elysian Pilgrim thread: My initial reaction to Pilgrim was at CanJam NYC 24 where I got to demo a pre release version. When I heard the impossible news that Elysian was going to price this at $399, I thought, "there goes the ChiFi market" ...those moondrops and dunus were...

That's an interesting point, and it's not lost on me having heard special sauce. Voltage seems to specifically avoid any special sauce, and instead wants to present the most balanced, accessible, full bodied, well rounded sound, but also tweakable with the switches. An everything for everybody.

In keeping with my recent review, Penon Voltage > EA Code 24c > P6Pro > Penon Totem > PB5

Review by 'emdeevee' on item 'Penon Voltage'

Penon Voltage is a new 10-driver tribrid “flagship”; I put this in quotes because there is the real flagship, Penon Impact, a 14 driver hybrid BA/EST iem that retails at $2499. The difference here being that Voltage is a tribrid, trading out a lot of BAs for a couple of DDs, and the retail price...

Bro, I think it might turn out that you are the smartest of all of us! As I have, over time, fallen in love with Voltage, all I've thought about is what a great CIEM it would make! I'm jealous!
